Meet Esme and Lydia
As is the case with many beginnings, Embodied Being Retreats was born over a cup of tea in Denver, Colorado.
While Lydia and Esme had just recently met, their souls had danced in a multitude of ways in this lifetime and previous ones. Their meeting felt like divine timing to shape their experiences into transformative offerings for those seeking to realign with their innate embodied self.
Embodied Being Retreats is a vibrant community dedicated to building a safe and welcoming space where individuals can reconnect with and rediscover their true essence. Through a variety of transformative practices, such as yoga, meditation, breathwork, plant medicine. Ayurveda and more, individuals are guided to tap into their inner wisdom, unlocking the potential for sustainable change and personal growth. Our retreats emphasize that the holistic practice is already present within each individual, waiting to be recognized and cultivated.
Embodied Being Retreats fosters a deep sense of connection with oneself and others, reminding everyone that they have everything they need inside them already. It is a profound exploration of the self, nurturing a reverence for the richness of the human spirit and the potential for personal transformation.
In the heart of these retreats, one will find a space that celebrates culture, history, and lineage, preserving the essence of the past while guiding participants towards a future filled with self-discovery, empowerment, and a holistic approach to life.
